Description
Handmade and blown glass hourglass from the 1950's made by the famed Venini Glassworks on the Venetian island of Murano, Italy. A very difficult piece to achieve because it is a single object but in two different colors. The “Incalmo” technique is employed to join two different glass pieces when still hot.
