Tepezcohuite is the ground bark of a fern-like tree native to tropical regions of Brazil and Southern Mexico. The ancient Mayans used this miraculous ground botanical to treat burns because it is antimicrobial and antiseptic and helps to heal wounds and regenerate skin.
Known for centuries as "the skin tree," tepezcohuite is known to be beneficial for acne, eczema, and skin inflammation. It is combined with bentonite clay to absorb impurities and excess oil, and organic colloidal oatmeal to further ease irritation and inflammation.
